Rockville Musical Theatre stands in solidarity with people of color around the country who are demanding racial justice.
 
As an organization, we are committed to rooting out and confronting the biases and racism that exist within the performing arts sector, as well as, within our organization's own practices and policies. We seek to create an artistic environment where diverse voices are supported, promoted, and celebrated

We recognize that much work needs to be done to make those goals a reality, and pledge our commitment, today, to that work. We will continue to update this space to share more information regarding the steps we are taking towards creating a more diverse and expansive theater community.
